COMPUTER AIDED FEA ANALYSIS & DESIGNING
We are principally involved in the designing and FEA analysis of mechanical components, systems and structures ranging from simple components to very complicated mechanical systems and structures with perfect alignment and orientation such as billboards, bridges, concrete and steel residential and industrial structures, automobile engine, gear trains, refrigerators, any kind of complex outer profiles of objects such as aircraft, missile, cellular phones, monitors etc. We also work on Computer Aided ( CA ) Sheet metal operations, CA Mould designing, CA Model Surfacing, and CA FEM Analysis of mechanical, structural and thermal components and systems for stresses and displacement due to uniform and non uniform, harmonic and random, impact and thermal loads; Large Deformations; Creep; Fatigue; Vibrations; Linear and Non-Linear Behavior; Fluid Flow Properties etc in order to make the design in safe limits and optimally feasible in terms of finance and performance. FABRICATION & ERECTIONS
We are also involved in fabrication and industrial engineering business. We fabricate all kind of structures for example Bill boards, Weigh bridge, Pressure vessels, Sheet Metal Structures, Industrial and Residential Sheds, Steel Structures, HVAC Systems, Rice Plants, Sugar Plant, mechanical parts and machine etc

JOB PLACEMENT
We maintain a database of more than 300 engineers and professionals who are well trained in CAD, CAM and CAFEA. Most of the them are trained at Sanafafe and are now involved in designing activities. These engineers are available either on contract or permanent basis
