Reverse Engineering & Re-Engineering:
Nowadays Reverse Engineering and Re-engineering has almost become computer dependent for faster and optimally feasible solutions. This includes:

• Scanning of components using 3D scanners such as Minolta

• Conversion of CAD data, thus obtained, into surfaces or solids. A parametric solid model of the Components is created

• Creation of cavities for Casting, Mould etc

• Development of APT codes

• Conversion of APT codes into corresponding machine readable G & M codes

• These G & M codes would then be used to create tools for moulds etc on CNC machine

Design Automation:
Our engineers have been working on Design Automation since 1998. We use programming language of Pro-E called Pro-Program and Oracle, Java, Visual Basic, Visual C etc in order to automate designing of components, assemblies and drawings. This highly advanced technology is feasible for the designing of standard components, systems and machines such as doors, windows, hardware components, Textile Machines, Automotive Components, and Transformers etc.

We have 11 workstations, all P4, 512-2048 MB RAM and above, 2.5 to 3.8 GHz or higher, 21” monitors. We also have Color Printing, CD Write and Rewrite, Internet and Faxing facilities.
